Duuka is currently in early access, offered free of charge while the product is being tested with real shops. These terms will be revisited before any paid launch. Questions can be sent to hello@duukaapp.com.
Duuka is provided to help you manage inventory, sales, and staff for your electronics shop. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including prices, stock records, and IMEI or serial numbers, and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Duuka is a work in progress. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable during updates. We'll do our best to give notice before any change that affects how you use the app day to day.
You own the business data you enter into Duuka. We store and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time.
Duuka is meant for legitimate business use. You agree not to use it to store or process data you don't have the right to hold, or to interfere with the service's normal operation.
Duuka is provided "as is" during early access. While we work to keep it reliable, we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and you should keep your own backups of critical records where possible.
As Duuka moves toward general availability, these terms will be updated, and material changes will be communicated to registered shop owners before they take effect.
